Does anyone know what sort of discounts there are in WDW for AARP members? I've been searching but can't find anything outside of Hotel booking discounts.
I'm talking, restaurants, gifts, admissions, etc.
Disney doesn't seem to be very free with that kind of information.

I don't think there's much out there in the way of discounts for WDW. My best suggestion is to check the AARP website and see what they list for discounts.

offsite AARP has discounts - on site I don't know of any - AAA does!!!

There are no discounts in WDW for AARP members. No "senior" discounts at all except for the AMC movie in DTD.
