AArgh! Can't find my tickets!

Going on the Eurostar for the first time in October and I swear I was sent printed tickets, but I can't find them anywhere, and boy have I looked.
May seem a silly question but do I need them or is it like the Eurotunnel where you just kind of turn up and give your booking number.

If I remember correctly you DO need tickets, but I thought most people collected tickets when they travelled. You put your credit card in (the one used to pay) and your tickets are printed there and then.

You DO need your tickets as you need to put them through the machine in order for the gate to open (similar thing as the tickets for the underground)

I'm sure if you ring Eurostar tomorrow they'll be able to help. We always get our tickets in the post.

You can either have them delivered of you pick them up at the station using the card you booked them with. Are you sure you didn't go for the pick up option?

No I do remember seeing them, and I remember thinking I must put them in a safe place. Whether I did put them in a 'safe' place, or whether DD3 did, is open to debate. But I don't think they're in my house any longer unless they are VERY well hidden.
