I posted a while back about the closing on the sale of our house. We still have not closed. I feel faint!!
For some odd reason the buyers lender had decided to "outsource" the loan. Then that lender was being a jerk and holding up the wheels ... first it was we will close the 17th ... then by the 21st ... then the 24th .... then yesterday.
Finally yesterday the loan officer pulled the loan from the other company and decided to just do it in house. She said it was a "clean file" and the other company was just being difficult. She said we would close Tommorrow ... Thursday at the latest ... but "tommorrow" ... "really."
Well now I find out we are looking at Thursday. Everything has gone through and she said they just have to draw up the papers. Everything else is done, title work ... etc.
So Geesh! I can't take much more of this.

DH and I have A LOT riding on this sale.
