Kteacher -- try Prime Time again. Just made my PS for 12/4. Don't give up. I'm sure you will get it. This is one of my favorite places to go, especially with a group. The pot roast is awesome, and the whole experience is so much fun!

My 90 days is tomorrow and there is a lot of debate about whether or not people should be calling for PS right now. In my opinion like others I think if I don't call then I will be giving up my chance for CRT, I am not trying to sound selfish but I think they should not take PS at until Tues if that is what disney wants to do but for some to call and some feel like they should not someone will miss out. I am concerned about people in florida and those who have to reschedule, disney should have a special number for them to call with no wait times.

this morning at about 9 am central time. on hold less than 2 minutes, got PS for Chef Mickey's 12/4. BTW I used the 407 number; the CM was perfectly nice/didn't sound stressed or make me feel rushed. We'll see how this week goes as I call for more dates...

Lorileer- I just asked again this morning, and the CM told me she's still showing 50's PT completely booked for 12/4 for lunch and dinner Oh, well, I've been able to get PSs at all the other places we wanted ( and DS was okay with going to Brown Derby instead of 50's PT )

Maybe they are planning renovations on it for that day??

Why would anyone stay on hold for 3 hours? Never mind the fact that there was a state of emerngency.

Kteacher - I stand corrected. I "THOUGHT" I made priority seatings for Prime Time on 12/4. When I called group dining to try to add 4 to my Prime Time seating, they told me the PS was for SCI FI (which I didn't request). She also said Prime Time had nothing on 12/4. Very interesting! I did, however, make Prime Time PS's for 12/5.

I don't know how you did it. I would of went crazy. I would never have stayed on hold that long. I called friday night. The hurricane slipped my mind. I was just so excited about paying off our room and making our ps's. I was just about to hang up, when i heard the recording. Then they answered the phone. I was happy. Now all i have left to do is buy my passes for the parks.

I have a theory on the length hold times over the weekend, even with other call centers open.

The other center locations mentioned haven't been in the east coast time zone. So all of the calls might have come into the FL call centers with only a few CMs dialed into the queue. So if 1,000 people called and only 5 CSRs were in the queue, people would wait for several hours. But as the other time zones centers opened later in the morning, there were more CSRs logged in. So that is why there was no wait at 10:00, where there could be a 2 hour wait at 7:00.

I think I have too much familiarity with call centers.
