Is it true that there is no more aaa discounts?

There aren't any discounts for cruises. However you can get a discount on your room at WDW. We usually get a few hundred dollars off our package when we book through them. But it's not stackable so we have to forego it if a better discount comes out from WDW later, like free dining.

I heard AAA was not going to partner with Disney anymore. We usually start with saw discount then get. Disney discount if it comes up.

If true that is something else. AAA has been a long time option to book a Disney trip.

The AAA website still has Disney all over their site. When we booked our cruise, our AAA agent said we would not get a discount for our cruise but to let him know when we book our package. It is still available for booking rooms and/or packages (their discount is really a percentage off the room and not the package itself).

There are AAA room only discounts. You just call WDW and ask about them. Have your valid card in hand. You may have to be flexible with your dates/resort.
