We will be in Orlando for 4 days this November. 3 WDW, 1 IOA.

WDW hotel (CBR), tickets & dining plan are already paid for. We still need - hotel room for 2 nights (off site), IOA tickets, food & souvenirs while at IOA. Would spending $67 for a AAA membership be worth it?

Check how much you would save using AAA at an offsite hotel. Just go to the websites of a few hotels and there is a special drop down that will have AAA. Price it out using that. Sometimes it's more than a discount, it can be free breakfast or free parking.
Also, check how much you could save at CBR. You can call up Disney and ask them what CBR would be with the AAA rate. I usually save about 15% right then.
I'm a firm believer that AAA is wonderful. I've saved hundreds on hotels just this past year alone - Disney and otherwise.

Totally this. We use it all the time for hotels. When not at Disney, we like Hilton owned brands, and that's a 10% discount. Then there's things like discount tickets for attractions across our state. I've been a member for 19 years.
