AAA Temporary card

I just signed up for AAA. They Said my cards will arrive in about two weeks, unfortunately we leave for IOA/US next week. They said they could issue me a temp card with my information on it. Would that be acceptable at the park stores and restaurants for discounts?

Yes. You can take even the cards you can print for yourself at home. As long as you have it and it has your name and you have your i.d., then you are set! Have a great time. I was really pleased with the discount AAA offers at UO/IOA.

I am also a AAA member. A temporary card with your AAA number on it should work fine.

I work for AAA, the temprary cards work the same as regular.....as everyone else has said.

I found that things at kiosks, the butterbeer cart and other food carts weren't able to honor discount (was told something about not being able to ring it up at those locations), but inside stores, Hogsmeade and the other indoor eateries, discount given.

Also, something to think about...some things (like wands, etc) you can buy through Universal's online store, but you won't get to apply your discount. I ordered some things my kids had seen last year as a surprise for Christmas, and although I saved on shipping because of a recent visit special, I wasn't able to apply my AAA discount.

10% i believe

it is 10% off of merch and food.
some carts are excluded.


the exclusion is listed on the ap site.
i would think the same for aaa site.


some places in city walk also take the aaa card for the discount.
