AAA Rates for POR during Value season

Now I know this is a long time off till we go, but going on past rates what does the basic room during value season ( late August or Mid September, not during labor day ) run with or without AAA rates for a room at POR? We are just thinking ahead, I know things will change between 2006 and 2007, but we are just looking for a ballpark figure? Any help would be appreicated!
