In my mad planning and juggling holiday stuff I forgot to sign up for the AAA story time at MK --

Is it worth doing?

What ages is it appropriate for?

Will my boys like it or should I just take my Daughter?

Is it impossible to get into?

:scared1: I'm never making it to Friday takeoff if I keep fretting over all that I've forgotten!

We've done this twice, but it's not necessarily a princess. Once we saw the Fairy Godmother, and another time we saw Alice. I've read about others on these boards seeing Aladdin, but never one of the real princesses.

I really think it depends more on the age of your child than the gender. My youngest is a girl, and she liked it because she still likes us to read to her. My boys think it's OK but not spectacular, but then they'd rather ride Space Mountain than listen to a story being read.

The character comes out, reads a story, poses for photos, and signs books. The whole thing takes about 20 minutes or so.

I think we'll try & book it. If we can't fit it in I won't be too upset, but sounds like my 6 year old would enjoy it & the boys can go do boy stuff :hippie:

We did it this summer and Peter Pan was the story reader. Total time was about 40 minutes and it made for a nice break around 4 pm. My two sons (9, 12)and my daughter (6) enjoyed it and liked getting their picture taken with Peter.
