Were you asked for your AAA card or Annual Pass at check-in as identification for your reduced rate? I have never been asked (but always had it) and was wondering if this was unusual.

last year the front desk made a copy of my AAA membership card.

in years past when i used the entertainment card, they also made a copy of it.

all my past stays have been at hrh.

i made my ressie for this fall trip at rph and on the confirming email i received from them, it stated to show the card at the check in desk to avoid additional charges.

I did not respond to the poll because the answer is sometimes yes and sometimes no.

They never have. I even got the Loew's Don Cesar with an AARP rate and wasn't asked. I used the Entertainment Card rate at HRH and didn't get the card until after my stay.
