AAA office Florida locations -AP voucher question

This may be in the wrong board, so please move if needed.

I have a AAA membership in NJ. My NJ AAA office will not and does not offer AP vouchers for purchase.

The AAA office suggested calling an office and Florida to see what can be done to get a voucher to us.

The AAA office said an office in Savannah would mail the AP vouchers to us in NJ, but they wanted $20 in shipping!

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
