AAA in May

Has anyone gotten a AAA rate for May? I just called and they said no availability at a reduced rate at the WL for my dates. Seems like they went awfully fast? Or maybe they don't have rates out that far yet. Anyone successful?

Yes, I just called and made ressy for May @ WL Villas. I asked her to please give me the 2005 AA rate and she said that they were not available yet. I asked her to please double check - that I was told that the 2005 AAA rates were in fact available. She came back within 1 minute with the correct rate. Without an apology, I might add.

I take it this was a new reservation? Has anyone gotten a discount applied to an existing reservation for WL in May? I think I will call back and try again either way.

Yes, it was a new ressy.

Just keep trying I think many CM don't know that the AAA rate is available. It took us 4 tries.

I kept trying and finally, a CM checked and said yes, they were in. However, she said there weren't any available for the BC for my dates. How can they be gone already? She said the rates were only available for concierge...how does all of this work? They only offer the rates for the rooms they haven't booked yet? Will I ever be able to get a discount since all the standards are booked for the time that I am going next April?

I called again last night and got the discount on my std room at WL. Nothing available for the Deluxe room I have booked. Oh well, every little bit helps. Now I just keep watching for those AP rates.
