Wow! I never heard that HDDR gave an AAA discount. Do you have to tell them when you make the reservation, or can you get it when you pick up the tickets?

I know I made our reservation for Nov. 21 and they have to be paid for by Oct. 31. I will definitely be calling today to see if I can add my AAA number for a discount!

Taking an impromtu vacation only 3 nights next mo. with 11 yr. old grandaughter.

Called today to see if this was correct (AAA discount for HDDR) and was told that it is not. The CM I spoke with said the only AAA discounts she knew about would be for the actual rooms at the resorts. She did say that maybe AAA had tickets that you could purchase, but she was not aware of it.

Oh well, we will still be there in July - discount or not!

The best way to find out what discounts are current is to callthe AAA travel office or e-mail them.

We received an AAA Diamond Card with our booked vacation poackage last year and the restaurant/food discounts offered are as follows.

1. 10% off Official All star cafe.
2. 10% off Fultons.
3. 10% off Portobello Yacht Club
4. 10 % off Planet Holly wood
5. 10% off Wolfgang Puck Express
6. 10 % off House OF Blues
7. 10 % off Bongos Cuban Cafe
8. 10% off Rainforest Cafe
9. 20 % off Traders Steak/Seafood in the Best Western Lake BV Hotel
10. 20 % off anywhere excepts Shulas in the Swan/Dolphin.
11. 20% off The Outback Restaurant in the Wyndom Palace Resort

Please note that i got this info off of the Diamond Card Brochure that I used last year. I have not got my card yet for this years trip.
Discount is good for merchandise (where applicable), food and non-alcoholic beverages. You need to show your Resort Id and the AAA vacations Diamond Card to receive the discounts.
