AAA discount in cruise shops ?bnickel3?

Hi, just read in bnickel3's trip report that if your purchase is $75 or more at Mickey Mates, you get a 10% discount... Is this just in Mickey Mates - or all shops onboard.. does anyone know?

Unfortunately is not in Mickey's mates but in Treasure Ketch, the other shop. That was our experience in January. Still a nice perk though.

Is the discount only available if you booked your cruise through AAA Travel?

Is is the discount available to all card-carrying AAA members?

As far as I know it was only if you booked your travel through AAA. They never asked to see our AAA card. I assume the discount info was imbedded in the KTTW card somehow.

ahh that makes more sense as to why I haven't heard before.. That's a drag.. we have a AAA card, but haven't booked through there for the trip..

oh well.. maybe I'll ask anyway, we will have our AAAs cards with us
