Peak is 10% off rack rate, not sure what value is.You can book with a room only discount or you can get a package through a AAA agent and get the room discount and the dining plan. Whichever you choose is subject to AAA room availability.

I happen to have an up-to-date (and very handy) AAA/Disney travel booklet right here. Let's see...

If you're checking in Oct 1st thru 4th (the only "value" days in Oct), you'll get a 15% discount at CR. Oct 5th is regular season, so you'll only get 10% off if you check in on or after this date.

As MommyBoo! has already said, peak season is 10% too.
