AAA dining package

I just got the AAA Motorist and they are advertising a package
6Nights/7 days
7 day base ticket
Disney Dining Plan

Value resort is $737 per person

Is this a really good rate? It seems good to me and I am almost ready to book it.

It is good 8/5 - 10/3 and 11/25 - 12/19

Well, if you're looking to go anytime between Aug 15th and Sept. 30th and Free Dining comes out as it did the last two years than the Free Dining will be a better deal.

Last year's Free Dining rates were $435 per adult for 5 nights/6 days at a Value, Tickets and Dining. That's a difference of $302 per person.

Thanks, that is what I was wondering. I had no idea what the rates were during free dining. For that difference I will wait awhile before I make up my mind.

459 per junior ages 10-17

for what it's worth, i've priced a vacation for the time from (12/8-14) and it's already 737 without AAA (and includes park hopper). dunno whats going on there.

Also, you don't say what level of resort that quote is for. I would assume value, but I hate to assume...

bsmcneil: I have done some searching on the very, very slow disney site and found out the same thing. Also for Sept it is only a $100 savings. I will wait for a free dining offer. Then I will try to go for POFG.

d4est: yes, in my first post I said it was for a value resort. The ad doesn't mention what an upgrade would be and the AAA web site says you have to talk with an agent so I didn't bother
