AAA cancellation policy

Does anyone know what cancellation policy AAA has? We have paid off most of our trip with the final amount due by this Wednesday. Unfortunately, we have a hard time getting our TA on the phone, and I really want to try to get an AP rate for our upcoming trip. If I'm able to book with disney will I be charged any fee from AAA?

If you cancel before your balance due date , it should be the same as Disney's policy 45 days + for a full refund. HTH

Actually this may not be true. AAA offices can (and dol) charge cancellation fees. TAs do this to "protect" themselves. They do the work and then you change plans. (That said most AAA agents are ripping you off if they charge since they "do the work" means they don't do much LOL!)

AAA states:

AAA cancellation penalty of $25.00 per person will be assessed for all cancellations. Insurance is not refundable.

We had to cancel our ressie last year and since we had booked through our agent before for trips, she refunded even that $100.00 too.

Any reputable TA SHOULD follow the policies of the supplier..being CRO, or any other and NEVER charge a fee! So glad my agency doesn't do that! How dissappointing for such a well known company. Seems as if you're not really benefitting from their "so called" discounts.
