AAA and free photo?

I am not sure where to post this, but wasnt a free 5x 7 photo included with the AAA package? I got my package this week and just realized it is not there. Along with the 40 page booklet that I never received. I guess I will be calling on Tuesday and ask.

I've never heard of a free photo from AAA, but our last AAA package trip was in June, so maybe we missed it?

There is a free 5X7 photopass offer with a MYW package purchase. Maybe that's what you're thinking of? That one doesn't come from AAA, you just have to get a MYW package. The voucher comes with your final docs, it has a code that's good to order 1 free 5X7 online after you return from your trip.

I work at AAA and have seen a voucher for a free 5x7 in documents for people traveling in '07.

The 40 page booklet is about the size of a brochure and has some info. about dining/the parks. The problem is that Disney mails them to your TA at random times. The majority of the time the booklet comes in the mail after the client has already left for their trip. Call your TA and ask if they have an extra booklet they can send you- they probably will.

Thank you , I realized I never got my booklet last night, so the coupon for that is in the booklet? I recieved my documents from AAA this past week. Thanks and is the parking pass part of the diamond card? or is that seperate?

The parking pass and diamond card are two separate papers. And the coupon for the photo should be in your documents- its one of the white papers like the one that says the hotel you are staying at.

Why the inconsistancy with AAA. If it is part of my package it should all be there. I have backed AAA on this board numerous times. Is it that the agent puts it all together? I didnt get the parking pass or the coupon for the picture. It just the point that I have paid for all that plus the planning booklet that the agent said I get when my trip is paid. After reading more last night I should have gotten that with my downpayment. I will call tomorrow. I know I am using ME but we may decide to rent a car for a day or two while there. It still should have come with the package. Thanks for letting me know

I talked with TA today and she said you get the photo info on check in. Also they did not send me a parking pass because I have ME scheduled. I dont plan on renting a carat this point but if we decide that we want to take some outside trips we would do that.( we have friends traveling to the area while we are there) Plus I paid for the package. My opinion- I should get everything in it. She is sending it to me along with the planning booklet which she states was mailed. Must have gotten lost..it happens. My TA has given me good service regardless.

My mom and I booked our package on December 27th and our AAA agent said nothing about there being a special offer in just 4 days. Usually they give you a heads up or something, we could have postponed for a couple of days.

I wonder if they would still give it to us.

They should be able to just cancel you and rebook it.

No, please understand that Disney mails the documents already packaged to the agent and the agent just gives them to you. They have no control over what is inside the plastic pouch of documents.

Or any control on when Disney sends the planning booklet-- like I said- 9 times out of 10 Disney sends the booklet after the client has left for their trip. The booklet is sent separately from the documents and is sent to the agent after you book your trip.

Ta said that the booklet was sent to me when I made my deposit. So she is sending another since I didnt get it plus sending along the parking pass. She said it was assumed since I had ME booked I didnt need it. Also she said the photo coupon is given to me at check in. Thanks
