AAA and AA discount where and what??

Hi

Sorry this is another question about these. I phoned the AA yesterday to ask about sending me a pack, they said they would but it might take a fortnight to recieve.

ARGHHHH Im going in 10 days. I can still take my valid AA card but can anyone tell me the list of places where I can use it to get discount. Is there a website with details on places that accept it?

Why do I always find out about stuff too late !!!

Apparantly some places will accept your regular AA card but I think to be certain you need the piece of paper that AA send you for the AAA rates.

Hi HJ, I have a discount book you can have, I don't go until Easter so you should get yours by then & send that one to me. I've just been on the phone to the AA & they don't give AAA cards any more you just show your AA card now. So if you want the book email me at nick.reade@ntlworld.com

Can you order this discount book on line or do you have to phone them. Also what are the discounts for as I have never heard of this before

I received my booklet just 3 or 4 days after requesting it.
Apparently they do not issue a card - you can use your own AA card to get the discounts.
