AAA agent needed, Please PM

I just tried to book a package online and already the agent I was assigned gave me the wrong ticket type and added an extra child- I just can't have that kind of stress with a Disney vacation. I am used to working with DU, but I REALLY want the AAA discount. I need an agent who responds with quotes quickly and answers questions in a 24 hour timeframe. I promise, I am a good client

I really wish AAA would set up an online center specifically for disney. Whenever I talk to the ones here they need to be walked through everything, from which hotel to how the tickets work. Just last week they tried to sell me the old dining plan, and I was like its not like that anymore.

You don't need to use a AAA agent to get the AAA discount- just call Disney Reservations direct and when you book the room ask them to apply the AAA discount- they will book it, and they will just ask to see your AAA card when you check in.

I didnt know that. I used a AAA rate once but didnt like it because I like to be able to call and make changes etc. We also need a handicapped room and I like to call to make sure it is all set. With the AAA I was never able to do this and had to rely on the AAA agent. You can only do this for a AAA room rate not a package deal right???

correct, you can book a AAA room only rate through Disney. If you want the dining, etc, you have to book through AAA.

To get all the benefits you need to book through the agent.
There is a merch disc from world of disney in DTD, and a few others worth getting. And as someone else mentioned to get dining you need to do it through the agent.
