Hi has anyone used American Airline Vacations? I just booked what I thought was a wonderful rate fro Dec. 18-21 ,2006. :thumbsup2

We got all of the fllowing:
1. Pop Century Hotel
2. Round trip non-stop airfare on american airlines
3. 3 day Dining Plan
4. 4 Day park hopper
5. For 2 adults and one child (4)

All for $1659.00 I have been so many times before and I thought that this deal toook the cake. It says that they will have these prices until the 30th.

I did sort of hit the Disney lottery,and got the Yacht Club Resort with 2day tickets for $1300.00 but I opted against it because this was so much cheaper and WE got so many other options. I think that my neice and nephew will also go, but we will see what their parents say. (They will have to pay, of course)

So what do you think? Good deal, or could I have gotten better? :listen:

where is the airfare from? Air is obviously a big part of a 3 night trip, so it is hard to tell if they gave you the current promo or not

We did one a few years back ... it was terrific!

* "5 day / 3 night" package to Paris
* Roundtrip air from San Diego
* Hotel with breakfast included
* metro passes
* ground transport CDG to/from Hotel
* Prepaid admission to the Louvre, a river cruise, and other sites
* Map and other materials presented to us at arrival

All for just over $1400 total (2 adults) over long weekend in January (MLK). It was really a great trip! (A bit cold and wet -- but hey! it was Paris for my birthday weekend! :) )

We are leaving from DFW - Dallas, Texas

FYI:

If you niece and nephew decide to come along, you will have to get another room at Pop or move to a larger room in another resort, (POR, etc.)

Yes, we would have to get another room. I called today and just requested an adjoining room for them. I am not sure if I will do it just yet, but if their parents come through financially, then we can do it.

Thanks
