a yourride.net question

Help! It's time for us to book our town car transportation and I'm hoping that one of you super readers out there can answer my question. I've used Tiffany Town Car in the past but after reading some fantastic reviews about yourride.net (here and on their own site) I'm seriously thinking about using them. What I'm wondering is this: whenever I've booked Tiffany Town Car over the internet I have always gotten an e-mail response from them within 24 hours. For those of you who have used yourride.net, did they send an e-mail response within 24 hours? Getting that e-mail response makes me feel like I talked to someone and it gives my a written confirmation that I can carry with me.

I sent an e-mail for a quote yesterday for a limo from Ft. Wilderness to Epcot and haven't heard anything. If that is not something you can do, can you recommend something else for me to try?

When I made my reservations, Rabbit emailed my confirmation within HOURS, not 48 hours. We're using them at Thanksgiving

When I sent in a request, Rabbit called me back within the hour to discuss the needs of our group. Although we were unable to work things out, thru no fault of YourRide.net, I will not hesitate to book with them on a future visit. Rabbit was very professional and went out of his way to try to accomodate myself and my friends.

I have used YourRide twice, and booked again for January. I have received a response/confirmation within hours. Rabbitz has only been very accomodating. (Two adults)

Thanks, everyone, for your very helpful comments. I just tried to get to yourride.net, but was unsuccessful....gotta love computers ! I'm not going to give up though. I'll try later on tonight and then again tomorrow. I'm bound and determined to get through. Be sending you my form soon, Rabbit!

Three weeks from tonight we'll be celebrating early Christmas at WDW!! YAY!!!!!
