A WWYD question

I currently have a 2 night stay at SSR booked for 9/28-9/30 and 2 waitlists set up. One for BLT and one for Poly for the same dates. I see a one night available 9/29 for BLT and part of me wants to grab that and then hope to add the other night but I'm afraid to lose out. WWYD? I've never had any luck with waitlists and I have had luck stalking..I'm sort of at a loss.

Do you have points to play with? If so, I'd book BLT, cancel Poly wl then wl the other night at BLT.

I’d grab it, reset the WL for the single day & stalk that day as well. Lots of time between now & then.

I'm really very tempted to do so. I was talking to MS yesterday and she was against it..gahh. We really want to be over by MK for those 2 days. We want to do Brunch at the Top, Keys to the Kingdom tour, Ohana, and Trader Sams without having to drive or bus it. Of course the website is down for now..lol. guess i'll see if it is still there when the site comes back up.

I’d grab it, reset the WL for the single day & stalk that day as well. Lots of time between now & then.

The one night at BLT was still there so I took the plunge. Canceled at SSR, booked the one night and waitlisted the other at BLT. Also have a 2 night waitlist for the Poly for the same time frame. Fingers crossed and Thank

Curious why you would cancel the Poly WL as well? Does it go to the points issue? We do have enough points to cover either of the reservations should they come up and either of the resorts (BLT or POLY) would be fine with us. I now have the one night at BLT and a WL there for the other night and then the WL for the same 2 nights at Poly.

Yes, if you have the extra points keep WL, book one night BLT, wl one night BLT, keep Poly wl.
