We were sitting chatting with the couple next to us while waiting for the movie to start and they were actually a little shocked that we had received the email as we were not local
. They totally expected that that email would only be sent to locals, and seemed very surprised we were there. Not sure how to take that, but...perhaps they really only did go out to those that had existing reservations or were local and had Platinum Plus passes.
The theater filled early, so they started the showing early which was appreciated since we got there an hour in advance because of the warning that seats were not guaranteed, first come-first served, may be oversold...blah blah blah
