Normally, my must-do list for a Disney trip is quite large. So large, in fact, that I have never actually completed my must-do list. Perhaps I always leave some things for next time?
For this trip, I am going to keep my must-do list very short. I want to keep my planning to a minimum so that we can let Claire's schedule determine our schedule.
So, here it is, the must-do list:
1.
Get a photo of Claire with Mickey. No explanation needed!
2.
Eat a meal from Earl of Sandwich. In all of my seven trips to Disney World, I have not been to Earl of Sandwich. This will change in March. I don't know how I will ever decide on which sandwich to get...they all look so delicious!
3.
Take the boat from POR to DTD. Because I am always so commando when I'm at Disney World, I don't like to use the boat transportation because it seems to take too long. Because we'll have a slower pace on this trip, I plan to make good use of that DTD boat!
4.
See the Finding Nemo show at Animal Kingdom. This is something that has been on my must-do list 3 times, but I have never actually done it! I hope Claire likes it!
5.
Do Hall of Presidents. This has been on my must-do list for every trip that I have made a must-do list for. Can you believe I have never done Hall of Presidents? This, too, will change in March.
So that's my short and sweet must-do list. I'm really trying to keep my plans and expectations to a minimum and go with the flow. Which is really hard for me to do, by the way!
In other news, my weight loss goal is going well so far. I was hoping to lose 15 pounds in time for this Disney trip, and I've already lost 4! And I still have a month and a half till the trip! I can do it!

I will be so happy to be rid of all this baby weight that I've been dragging around with me.
I went to Babies R Us today and I found the disposable placemats. They look great and they were buy one, get one half off. Score! So now there is a package of them in my diaper bag and one in the Disney supplies bag.
Claire is 9 months old today. It is so much fun to see her grow and change every day, but I just wish I could stop time right now. This is, by far, my favorite age thus far. Just today, while I was cooking dinner, Claire was pulling the placemats out of a drawer, one by one, and saying "uh oh" as she dropped each one on the floor. Just plain cute!
