A week in Poughkeepsie!

Just listening to the Facebook to Facebook show and heard the Poughkeepsie shout out. OK, maybe it wasn't exactly so much a shout out...
I've been an elementary school teacher in Poughkeepsie for 21 years, let me tell you, in February, in Poughkeepsie, I'm dreaming of Disney World.
I think our last claim to fame was when Charlottee "POUGH keepsied" in her pants in Sex in the City.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not taking offence - gave me a chuckle. You have no idea how real a banishment a mid winter Poughkeepsie trip would be! But then I'd be here and we could talk Disney! Just not look out the window
