I feel a bit daft asking this, but if we want to hire a kettle while we are at the Cheyenne, what do we do about something to drink out of?!! Do we have to buy a souvenir of our trip to use, or can we hire mugs/cups with the kettle or the tea basket?

Thanks!

Hi Becky

When we stayed at the Cheyenne earlier this month there was already a kettle and two plastic cups in the room.

Really? I told my parents there would be and they didn't even have shampoo in the room. All that was there was a bar of soap...

Thanks for the replies. :) I think I'll manage with paper cups - just nice to know I don't have something else to pack!!!

When we got a kettle there last week we never got any form of cup and had to buy one from the shop - what a chore :teeth:

Is that in the Castle Club? as when we were in the standard room it was not set out like that.
Also what was the small bottle at the end? We did not get anything like that.

I think it was something to soften the skin.It was in the CC. indeed.
Next time I`ll make a better picture.

We just took a couple of cups from the food hall. If you put them in a drawer or something when you go out the cleaners won't walk off with them - just leave them in the room when you vacate it and I'm sure they find their way back to the food hall

The coffe/tea hamper has 4 paper/cardboard cups with it. :)

Where do you get a tea/ coffee hamper from? When we stayed at the Santa Fe there wasn't any tea of coffee making stuff to be seen. Can we get hold of some at the Sequoia Lodge? I'm rubbish first thing without a coffee!!

Thank you!!!!! You have made my day. It was the only thing I really really missed last time, not being able to boot DH out of bed first thing to put the kettle on :woohoo:

When we stayed at the Cheyenne a few weeks ago, there was one little hamper in the room when we arrived with 4 cardboard Mickey cups in, some milk, tea, coffee, etc. Once that's used up, you have to order extra ones from reception. :)

Thanks for your help guys - those four cups will do us nicely for a couple of nights, and I'll just bring along a couple of latte sachets - to boost the supplies!! :thumbsup2
