A very positve Experience!

My family and I booked a trip for August under the grand gatherings. We had Four rooms. My mom received a code for a free up grade to the Sarratoga Springs. We also have the free food. We were all thrilled. The problem was when I went to make the switch, reservations told me they could only allow three rooms to be booked with the code. Everyone had booked before me. I talked to central reservations everyday begging them to help us and not break up the group. They would do nothing!!! I called at least ten times with no results. Alot of rude people and bad information was what I got. I decided to give up and stay at the Pop. On Friday I decided to call the Sarratoga and talked to someone there. This wonderful!!!! girl in the back office talked to reservations who said no. Then she went to her manager and said let's give the Disney magic to this family. She called me and told me she switch my family to the Sarratoga for the nine days so our family would all be together. I just wanted to say their are great people that work for Disney. I did write a letter to Disney telling them what a great Employee they had.
 
Sometimes persistence does pay off! And it was very nice of you to write Disney and give credit to the employee who went the extra mile for you.
