That makes me laugh, I've always made smoothies with yogurt. It never occured to me not to, lol. I wouldn't have expected anything less. :rotfl:

And my thought's on this are.....................If you like the way it tastes, then it doesn't matter what is in it. He just has a mind set about certain things. I'm happy i have him drinking smoothies. I put all his vitamins in them.

Somehow it will. Even if it takes a rude awakening. I'm not going to lie and pretend like I'm the most motivated person in the world and I feel a little inadequate about it now and again to be honest, lol. But somehow it does. I'm hoping to finally move out this year. We shall see. A friend of mine is moving back into town and we've talked about looking into an apartment together. It's only taken me ... far too long.

Wait, that's probably not encouraging. :rotfl:

It is encouraging Jessica! How long have you been attending college? Did you make the choice not to go after high school and wait a few years? I hope i'm not prying.

Bradley says he does want to attend college, he just wants a break from school. I know Michele is going through the same stress as me.

Oh Chrissie, I feel your pain. Kacy graduates in June. We have told her that she needs to get a part time job before she starts college, but the only thing she seems concerned with is getting more piercings and tattoos. I am going crazy.

I know what you are going through. I think of you often.

We will make it!!!!!!!!!!!!

From your lips to God's ears.

I am trying to talk her into taking a two year course at the local college but she thinks that she needs to sign up for a four year course load and she doesn't do the homework she has now. I don't want to pay that kind of money for nothing.

And probably one of the things that bothers me the most is the fact that she refuses to walk with her graduation class. We are just going to have a party here at the house. I didn't get to see her walk when she graduated middle school because I was paralyzed and in the hospital, and poor Scotty had to work because he had missed so much work through my ICU time.:sad1:

I started at a JC right after I graduated. But I've taken a lot of breaks because of my panic attacks. It's honestly not working out for me, even this semester. I'm only going to pass one of my classes because my anxiety has just caused me to miss so much. It's a royal pain. I think I'm taking another break from school for a while again and just focus on working. It sucks, but I'm not getting anywhere right now.

I know how to bring a thread down I swear.

How so? I'm watching some hockey. Well, no. Now I'm watching Supernatural. Probably going to fall asleep soon. I am exhausted.

I cannot cut out a pattern to save my life. I can sew pretty well free hand. I prefer sewing by hand and not with the machine. I love to embroider designs on things. Especially tea towels, there is something fun about having hand made towels with the day of the week and a design on them.

Who cares if you are a geek.. I for one love those little tea towels. I have ones my Great Grandmother hand embroidered for her trosseau.. with cute little mice doing wash on monday bake on tuesday mend on wednesday etc I love them and someday they ones you have made could be loved as a family heirloom too.

I actually tasted a veggie burger at Costco awhile back, and it was very good. I didn't buy them, because my carnivore family would turn their noses up.

I have been making Jon smoothies every morning, and I have been adding yogurt to them. He hates yogurt, he thinks it is the most disgusting thing in the world. I told him recently that he has been consuming yogurt everyday in his smoothies. Now suddenly he claims he knew I was doing it all along because the smoothies tasted funny. He's full of crap, because everyday up until that point he has told me how delicious they were. if i had never told him, he would have happily drank them and never complained.

Oh so you did add the yogurt...I told you he would not know..so now that you told him has he stopped drinking them?

Have you thought about doing classes online so you could go more at your own pace?

I think I probably have that pattern. This is a great place to get those old patterns.

cool site..LOL I saw the pattern for sunbonnet Sue and remembered these cute little pinafores my Great Grandmother made with her applicaed (sp?) on the front for my girls one Easter when they were little. Well off to bed for me I spent half the day down with a migraine and I am still worn out so I will see u all tomorrow.

I have over 100 patterns. And six containers of embroidery floss. I find it really relaxing to sit and embroider the towels and they make great presents.
