I wish that kids would wear helmets!
I think it is so negligent for commercials etc to show kids riding skateboards and not wearing helmets because its not cool!

Incredible!!! Sending prayers for you all. My ds was once sledding and got nailed by a toboggoner. He woke up about half way up the hill!! He had been knocked over at the bottom. His friends say that he laid there for a minute and then got up, started walking up the hill and then laid back down again. Yes, they were only 13 but wouldn't you think they would think that was strange behavior?? Doctor told us that anytime there is ANY loss of consciosness,(sp???) they have to get to a hospital. Stupid mother! Should have called 911 right then!!!

Thank you all for the wishes we pray that he will be all right. I am glad to know that I am not the only one who feels this mom did not do the right thing. My sister hasnt even tapped those feelings yet she is just so upset about JR. Also JR always wears a helmet we are so confused and can not understand why he did not have it on then. Thanks again everyone.
