A turkey or tofu hotdog?

Does anyone know of a restaurant that serves a turkey, chicken or tofu hotdog? As I recall, I've only seen "beef" listed as an ingredient?

This is a tough one. I thought the corn dog bites at Casey's were made from turkey, but the last time we had them was probably two years ago, the menus I found online no longer says "turkey". I would love it if they actually had some non red meat options for hot dogs. Morningstar Farms actually makes a really good veggie corn dog, Disney should make a deal with Morningstar Farms and start offering some veggie options on their menus.
