Yay! I am glad you are still here!

I'll definitely have to put it past him. Maybe on Saturday when he's not working I'll talk to him about it. And either way (weather he rides it or not) it'd be awesome to actually meeet you in person

I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M IN FRONT OF TRENTMOM!!! OMG I'm #1!!! This makes me very happy!! hahahaha lets see how long I can maintain.

for the awesome evaluation!!! I don't have to go through those (since i work for my dad) but I'm sure they can be very nerve racking. I'm glad to hear yours went so well. You'll have to let us know how the next meeting goes about your future with the company

I am LMAO over the BLOW POP. I eat what I want (like dinner is ice cream tonight) and then get SO mad at myself later. TC and I decided totally opposite this time for WDW--I am going to watch what I eat and try and do more salads, fish etc where he is going to burst at the seams eating...very unlike him . Don't get me wrong he eats about 3200 calories a day ( ) but none of it is really junk--mostly good carbs and TONS of protein. He plans on going all out and eating JUNK and all..no cares because we'll be walking 1000's of steps a day.
I hope I can stick to my good eating plan. Today's meals:

Breakfast
cottage cheese and strawberries, OJ, small iced coffee with skim milk and sweet and low

LUNCH
left over teriaki steak with brown rice, onions peppers and mushrooms from last night with bottled water

SNACK
Fiber One bar, bottled water

Dinner
ouch--nothing...so far a few bites of ice cream from the freezer (just got home from the salon)...but I am going to probably make a grilled chicken salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

So there is my meal plan for today--how did I do?? LOL

wow! awesome....and I'll let you slide on the icecream...although shouldn't that come AFTER the salad? LOL
