If you're planning to fly, I have a tip for you. Put half of your clothes in your flying buddy's bag and half of their clothes in your bag. That way, if one of the bags gets lost, you'll both have at least some clothes until the bag can be found. If both bags get lost, you're out of luck!!

Another tip is to get some brightly colored key rings and zip tie them to the zipper handles of your bag. You'll spot it easily on the baggage carousel.

Just thought I'd share these tips. Happy flying!

I got a large "lime green (because of the DIS of course)" strap that goes around my suitcase and locks, with the matching lime green luggage locks. That will help in finding my bag amoungst all those other black/grey rolling bags.

We are also going to start using our Vac storage bags . We had some wet stuff from our last trip as it was pouring so bad we could hardly see the plane when we took off.

We did split our our clothes between both of our bags which was great because they lost DH's bag but we didn't think about other stuff. He had no deoderant, the toothpaste was in his bag (I had the toothbrushes), his razor was in his bag. Wouldn't be that bad except our plane did not land until after midnight so the store in POP was already closed by the time we got there. Next time I will by travel sizes of both of our stuff and put in each of our suitcases.
