A tip for those with a car while at DW

We just got back after an 8 night stay. Just wanted to let you all know a new Walmart super store opened a couple of weeks ago and they have a lot of disney stuff. I got my 3 kids their autograph books and pens for 1.97 each. They weren't the same as in the parks but really cute. Lots of disney souvies. It's located on the same road as Vistana resort- Vineland Rd or something like that. Just past the outlet mall with the Character outlet. They had a good selection of T shirts for adults and kids and a lot of other stuff. Just wanted my friends on the dis to know.

Yes the Wal-Mart Supercenter sells groceries. It is on 535 down near the intersection of 192. If you go to the website and look up the store using the zip code listed above you can get directions from your location to the store.

Not down as far as the Publix but you are in the neighborhood. The Super Wal Mart is on the right. The entrance to the Osceola parkway is right there.

Thanks for the information. I was planning on driving to the one down on 192 but, this sounds so much easier. I like to get my things at walmart instead of a regular grocery store.

We will be at the Vistana 3 weeks from today!!! When you are coming out the main entrance, do you turn left or right? I know to go to the DTD entrance of Disney, you turn left. I am just unclear where you are saying the Super Walmart is. Thanks for your help.

From Vistana you would make a right. Just before your reach the Osceola Parkway at Poinciana Blvd it will be on your right. You can't miss it. I was just in it a few days ago and really it is the larges WM I have ever been in.

From WDW the easiest way to find it is head East on the Osceola Parkway. Get off at the exit that says SR535 and Poinciana Blvd ($0.75 toll, need exact change). When you get to the Stop Sign at the end of the ramp turn left onto Poinciana Blvd, cross under the Parkway, and it is ahead of you on the left.

Coming back exit at the South end of the parking lot; it will take youonto Poinciana Blvd directly at the on ramp to the Osceopla Parkway Westbound ($0.75 toll, exact change needed) and it will take you directly back to WDW.

(I pass it on my commute.)

I dont do the driving ,DS does. Is this anywhere in the airport area? Is it on the way to Disney from the airport? We are staying at POR and will be driving from the airport. I would like to buy our diapers, wipes , baby food here etc...instead of at Goodings where we paid $$$$. I know I can have them sent to the room from other companys but I would also like to get water and snacks. This Walmart sounds like a great one stop shopping place for us. Thank you.

No you wouldn't pass this on the way from the airport. But there is a Super Target on the Orange Blossom trail that you would pass if you take 417 from the airport. It's an easy on and off.

The Super Target mentioned in a previous post also had a section of Disney merchandise that was very reasonably priced. The store was fairly new and very neat and clean. We bought groceries, bottled water, travel-sized toiletries, etc.
