A tip for e-mail codes, PINs!

Yesterday, I was on Disneyworld.com and happened to check My Profile. I was like "Oh, my gosh!" I didn't have the "Yes, I would like to receive e-mails about resort discounts, etc., etc." checked. I have been hoping for an e-mail and I hadn't even had it checked to receive them. Make sure yours is checked!!! Maybe that's why some people receive the e-mails and some don't.
Also, when I called to give them my flight info so that they can pick us up in the "Disney Magical Express", I asked about codes. The CM told me he didn't know when exactly they would come out, but he told me to be checking the Sunday's Travel section in the paper for the next few weeks and they usually publish a big ad with a code.

Good tip, I checked my account a while back and sure thing, I didn't have those e-mail boxes checked off either. Only thing is, I STILL haven't received any e-mails. I don't even receive the annoying advertisements or any of the e-mails that I signed up for (I checked ALL of them). What's up with that? I checked my account again yesterday and all of the boxes are still checked, but do I hear from WDW???? NNNOOOOOOO!!! I think they know I'm already addicted, so why waste their time!

Just a little tip...keep an eye on your spam filter too. I just realized that mine was on and sending alot of stuff there...now I check my spam folder daily to make sure nothing from Disney was sent there....I would hate to miss out

I wonder what the code thing in the Sunday paper will be. I bet it will be the same old MYW promotion for less than $1500. Value Resort with theme park tickets, etc. Maybe we'll luck out and an actual code will come out in the Sunday Travel section....

By the way, I have always had email notification alerted on disneyworld.com, and NEVER get any emails from them...not giving up though!

Thanks!! My boxes were already checked, and I also received NOTHING (including pins from disneydirect). You'd think with as much money as I spend at WDW, and on my Disney Visa...I'd get something sometime....but, NEVER have I received anything from Disney!! I guess the mouse doesn't like me as much as I like him!!
