A tent "security" question

Hey, you can always bury your valuable at the bottom of the dirty clothes hamper, just make sure the dirty undies on top. ;) :lmao: I know I wouldn't go there!!! :rolleyes1

I must say though that I am very disappointed in the number of serious replies given.

Seriously though, I have never had any problem either. We have used the delivery service with the souvenirs as well. It takes a little bit extra time when you make the purchase, but you don't have to lug it around and it is at the Meadows when you decide to pick it up. Just don't forget to do so.:upsidedow

As long as you watch out for " The Fort Wilderness Panty Thief" :lmao:

I worked for Disney and people think they are safe because they are at Disney, but stuff got stolen all the time. The front desk has lock boxes you can put stuff in for free.

Only problem I ever had was one year we had about 7 kids in the campsite next to us. My son talked to them and they were just there to camp (no parks or anything). It was a minor issue but I kept noticing soda's missing from the cooler each night when we returned from the parks. Guess with 7 kids, the parents just weren't providing enough caffeine:rotfl: :lmao: (course that could have been on purpose). I let it slide since they didn't stay long.

so if you stay in a tent at FW there are no "lockers" or safes you can rent/use while staying to keep small items safe?

Just called Fort Wilderness. Yes there are small safes at the front desk for security. She did not tell me how many.
