I HATE it when I miss something...I saw Dan with a tag "I dont need a tag" or something like that, then now it only says we are family....boy I leave for a few hours, and look what happens!

I also wonder if the other moderators are going to be locking or removing posts regarding tags on the other forums, I see them there a lot too..

Didn't seem like a very "friendly" action from a moderator. I would hope that the person responsible has lost their ability to "tag" - I thought the whole tagging thing was supposed to make the posters feel good, when the intent was clearly the opposite.

There are lot's of places on the net where you can expect such treatment and behavior, I for one certainly hope this was an isolated incident that will be appropriately addressed so that the DIS does not fall down to that level.

I also think it's silly that people get so mad when people request tags because it supposedly makes the tag fairy mad.

But then they go and tag the nicest guy around here (who does not want a tag) for nothing but spite.

Seems pretty silly to me.

You're right though, it isn't funny or silly. It's ridiculous. Not to worry, with all the uproar over who got a tag, who wants a tag, who didn't want one but got one anyway, who did want one and was ignored.........it shouldn't be long before they're a thing of the past......

I've never seen such a commotion over such a trivial issue. But heck, don't let me put a damper on things....Please continue with the moral outrage.....

Nothing better than a "cause" to get people all worked up. I can hardly wait for the next installment....Will the tag fairy strike again? Has the moral outrage stilled the errant fairy fingers? Tune in folks...it can only get better from here.

I don't know. Seems as though a lot of dreams can get crushed with or, in most cases, without those fairy fingers. Hate to see one's life ruined...................
