My family and I are thinking of doing a Disney cruise and Disney world trip in May. We wanted to fly down a couple days before the cruise and stay at the Pop Century. We would then have the cruise line pick us up at the hotel and take us to the port and take us back after the cruise. We then want to finish our vacation at the Contemporary.

I had a couple questions.
1. Would I need two sets of magic bands for my stays at Pop and Contemporary?
2. Would I be able to get tickets that are for both reservations? I want to buy a six day ticket for the parks but I want to use one day before the cruise then the last five days after the cruise.
3. We were going to do the deluxe dining plan for the second half of our trip but not the first. Will I have to buy it for both?

Thanks for your help.

1. You need just one MB. You can get two if you want but it's not necessary. I've used the same MB for several trips over several years! No problem.

2. When you get multi-day park passes, they need to be used within 14 days if first use. As long as you are t going to be cruising for more a week, you'll be fine.

3. You can add dining to just one reservation. No need to do it for both resorts.
