A Small Debit Card to Pay for Food & WIne?

I understand Disney offers a small debit card that fits on your wrist to make payment at the F&W kiosks easier, true? If so, where can I get one, does Disney accept cash/credit card as payment and can someone comment on whether they thought using this worked well for them? Thanks in advance.

This is a disney gift card. They do a special one with wrist strap (or they did last year anyway) for ease of use, or to forget how much you are actually spending, lol. You load it up with however much money you want and away you go.

Yes, disney accepts cash, credit cards and gift cards at the food booths.
We always have a little case and a credit card with us. Last year we loaded up the gift card because it was so easy not to have to dig for it in a pocket or backpack at every booth.

So is there somewhere at the front of Epcot near the 2 gift shops or in the gift shops where you can purchase the one with the wrist strap? We have a day and half planned for "tasting" and drinking our way around the world in a few weeks and it sounds like this would be a lot more convenient than pulling out cash.

Last year I bought mine in the little gift shop in the Festival Welcome Center.

We did the card last year and it works out well. You can buy/re-charge the card at a lot of different locations. In addition to the festival center (the old Wonders of Live pavilion), you can get them at any of the pavilions that are carrying F&W merchandise. I recall seeing them at world showcase plaza (headed towards Canada), at a kiosk between France and Morocco, and another one near the refreshment outpost. There might have been more.
