A Simple Guide to Making an Autograph Book

I know this probably a stupid question but I am not a crafty person. I would like to have the autograph cards printed out at Walmart and glue them on to card stock. My question is how do I know the correct size card stock to use. I want to make a 5x7 book. Can I buy 5x7 card stock already precut or do I need to cut it myself? If I need to cut it myself (I can't draw a straignt line) what is the best way to do it? Make a 5x7 template and trace and cut?

You can buy 5x7 card stock. If you want to see the card stock behind your autograph cards you will have to use slightly larger card stock. If you decide to cut the paper yourself, a paper trimmer would probably be the easiest way. You can get them anywhere that sells scrapbooking supplies.

Music Mouse-I am having trouble using your designs. I try to right click to save to my computer to be able to upload to shutterfly and the resolution is coming back as fuzzy. I have many from a few years ago and those are fine. I wanted to add the new characters to match for this years trip but I cannot get them to save with a good resolution. I even tried emailing them to myself and saving from there. Any suggestions?

To get designs off photobucket accounts, the best way to get them at their original size is to download them from the drop down menu towards the top of screen not right click and save-right click will sometimes give you a smaller more pixelated version for the design. Hope this helps.

If you are talking about the covers on the last few pages, yes I can personalize them. Just tell me which one you want, the names, dates, and if you have a color preference for the text.

I would love 2 of these also if you still have it. Just found this page and there are so many wonderful ideas here i can't wait to make one for both my kids. If you can personalize to say: Brooklyn's (in pink) and Zachary's (in blue) that would be awesome thanks!!!! Never mind I am going to ask someone else Thanks for all the wonderful ideas though!!!

Hi there - I apologize if this is listed and I missed it but do you have a listing of the current characters that are routinely showing up at the parks (we are going to all of them but the water parks)? I am making some additional character pages to go with the 8x11 Character Encyclopedia and I don't want to miss anyone.

I know I need to add Mary Poppins, Flynn Rider?, Gaston, Doc McStuffins, Sophia the First, Darth Vader, STorm Trooper, who else am I not thinking that are "newer"

As far as I know, the only characters that you mentioned that you can meet (unless you are going for Star Wars Weekends) are Mary Poppins and Gaston. There is a list on page 2 of this thread, or you can check out Kenny the Pirate's site for great character info.

Can you please customize a 4x6 cover for my daughter's book. The one with all the characters please. Her name is Sadee. Along with a back cover that says "Dreams do come true" Thank you so much, you guys rock!

Does anyone have a picture of what their books looks like after it is spiral bound? I am especially interested in what they look like when they are really thick...like more than 100 cards. I had them printed as matte photos. I am planning on making a cover and laminating it and then getting it bound, bur it is so thick, I am not sure what it will look like.

Tina, do you happen to have one like this style of Max but without WDW? Just wondering as we are going on a DCL cruise in May of both this year and next, my DS(4) saw a pic when we were looking at pics from around the website and trip reports and somewhere he saw Max was on the ship. I can't remember if it was in a pic on our Bahamian cruise or the one to Alaska which we will do in 2014 so even if it wasn't with the year, that would be fine, just would like to know if you can do one without WDW? Or am I maybe missing one in the albums? thanks! BTW I LOVE the 4parks background pages, too! Those are really nice! I am definitely printing some of those (we are heading to WDW with this trip and also in October!!) LOVE LOVE LOVE em!

Since it's been awhile since you requested it, I would just edit the post where you put in the request to say thank you, but never mind. Then you can request from someone else if you need to.
