A Simple Guide to Making an Autograph Book

I used a 4 x 6 photo album with plain white cardstock for my girls/kids when we went in 2000. Then I took pictures of each child with each character. When I scrapbooked my pictures, I designed a page for each character and had their autograph with my child's photo.

Hi Dr. Music Mouse,

I hope you don't mind me jumping on your thread, but here is Periwinkle in donatalies V1 style. I might make a "better" one in a few months when there are hopefully more pics of Periwinkle out.

Evan

Thank you Evan! We're right in the middle of the summer swim team season and I haven't had a moment to breathe, much less DISign! :goodvibes

These are fantastic! Thank you to all of the DISigners who have worked so hard to put this stuff together!

Where did you get the Gif of Peri? I went looking this morning and couldn't find one. I couldn't even find a good pic to gif it myself? Penny:goodvibes

Hi Penny,

I cut it out from a larger image of her and Tink. The problem with this image is that her wings are transparent and she was on a blue background; thus her wings look blue in color, when I am guessing that they really aren't. Here is the link to the original file and below is my .png file with no background. Use it however you like!

What is a "Twink". Thank you, :goodvibesP
Wow, how very impressive. Whatever this Twink thing is, it's pretty amazing. I gif stuff and it takes me forever. Thanks so much for sharing the clip art, much appreciated, Penny

I have no idea what you are talking about! :confused3 You might want to re-read my original post...:rotfl2:

A questions for those who make their books on Arts Cow...

I have a bunch of free 8x8 photobook credits so I've been playing around with making my book there for our upcoming trip. I'm have a LOT of trouble with the cover! When creating the book, the cover shows up as a white box with the gray bleed area around it, and it keeps telling me to fill in the gray area completely with my photo. But when I do that and preview, it chops off all of the parts of the photo that were in the gray area leaving me with a hacked up photo on my front cover! I can adjust the picture so that it shows up well within the white square and all that is being "cut off" in the gray area is just an area of plain color so it does not disrupt the picture. When I preview it, it looks perfect! Should I go ahead and edit it that way and take my chances not filling in the gray area?

Thanks to anyone who can help. I hope that question made sense!

It makes total sense. :thumbsup2 I have done several books with them and in my experience you want to enlarge your photo so that it fills the gray area slightly, but not all the way. The preview is pretty close to what you actually get, but it is not exact. HTH! :goodvibes

Periwinkle (the new frost fairy) is coming to WDW Spetember 17th. Here are the new cards :goodvibes:

That does help a lot, thanks for the quick response!!

Hi, sorry, I am not sure if here is the place to post this or if I need to start a new thread?? :confused3

I have printed lots of autograph pages (5 x 7) and I can't seem to find Lilo, Russell and Mr Fredrickson from Up or Lotso in the 'donatalie' style (like the periwinkle top 2 posted above) - does anybody have these at all please? Or is it something I should request to see if someone can design?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Lisa

You are brilliant, thank you so much! :cool1: :thumbsup2

Thank you, all the designers on here are awesome!

I'm looking for some Halloween autograph cards for Mickey, Pluto, Donald and Goofy. I'm going to the Disneyland Halloween party and the only autograph cards I can find say MNSSHP or "Boo to You" on them so they won't work for Disneyland. I posted a thread in the main forum but nobody responded. Natalie made a cute Minnie Mouse card that doesn't say MNSSHP. I don't care if the others match. Does anyone know a designer who might be willing to make Halloween autograph cards for Disneyland?
