... the near miss with pampam wasn't the only DIS member encountered. Highlights to come include a rendez-vous with trip reporter Disney PhD and her adorable family. Not to mention meeting trip reporter SandraVB79.

Well that was some beautifully eloquent writing there, very well expressed. So sorry you had to see this on your first morning at the Poly, there was so much in your writing that just had me nodding my head in agreement. please write some more, appreciating the quality of your work :thumbsup2

Keep them coming; I will be reading :thumbsup2

Fine bone china for a two year old? Only at Disney.

The average child's age at the My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea (that's really the name!) at the Grand Floridian is about four. Nearly every little girl is dressed as a Disney princess. (In any case, each is presented with a little crown at the tea.) They are announced by name, "Princess Sara," etc., as they arrive at the beautiful Garden View Lounge and are photographed with the hostess, Rose Petal. Rose Petal clearly has Broadway experience -- she holds the attention of the kids the entire time with stories and songs -- and she can really belt them out. She is accompanied on piano by a man in lederhosen who adds a lot of fun to the performance. In the last 20 minutes or so, Aurora makes an appearance and visits each table. The girls are each given an 18-inch doll dressed as Aurora.

Great writing. That autograph book is a good idea and I love the pictures of Aedan! Seems like your little cute cowboy did a good job at tea. He has a bewitching glance! :sunny:

Oh my goodness! That autograph book was so adorable. The two competing passions in my life are Disney and American Girl dolls, so I am definitely going to try to make one for my next trip. They (as in Disney) should include those with the 18" dolls they sell. Though maybe the cast member characters would object! ;)

I have enjoyed your report so far and will watch it's progress with eager interest!

thanks so much for the photos and report......I often wondered if I could take my granddaughter there some day....she is 8 weeks old.....
thanks again

Enjoying reading your report ~ Thanx for sharing.

I loved it. I can't wait to read more. I loved the pictures of your son at the tea party those are too precious! (and Anna did too, she saw them and said, they my friend!)

What a way to start off a trip. Glad you got an upgrade.

Can't wait to read more! :thumbsup2

What a neat idea to create a mini autograph book for your daughter's Samanta doll! That was so adorable.

It looks like your little boy had a great time at the afternoon tea.

Thanks for posting. I can't wait to read more.

The monorail is the best way to get to the MK!
