A ressie change...will this be complicated to work out?

My mom, dad, and sister (who live in a different state) were planning to meet us at Disney this Sunday. Well, my mom has sprained her back badly and can barely walk because of the pain, so they aren't going to be able to travel.

We have 3 rooms reserved and would like to keep one of them but move the other 2 room ressies out to a later date. Is something like this a relatively simple thing to do with CRO? I really, really hope the answer is yes....

I really don't see a problem. All the CMs that I have spoken to are very helpful.
Stress the fact that you want to keep 1 room and at the end of the conversation ask if your ressie number stays the same for your one room just in case there would be any confusion. I'm sorry about your mom and hope that she feels bette soon. Julie
