A Request for my Little Tinkerbell!

Hi DISigners. I am reaching out to you for a final favor. I got this precious graphic from RumblyTumbly here on the Disign board. I am going to use it for my DD's 3rd birthday in WDW next month...

I would like to put this graphic on the back of the shirt and have the front say "I'm 3 Today" Is there anyone out there who could make something to match the Tinkerbell graphic? I was thinking about maybe an oval with the writing inside in pink and a blue background like the Tinkerbell graphic? I have all of these ideas but no idea how to make them. Any help would be grately appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
