A really good cookie bar recipe?

DS18 graduates tomorrow (sob) and he is a huge cookie fan, so we are doing cookies instead of cake for his open house this weekend. I want to do cookie bars so it's less time consuming. So far DD and I have made a cookie dough topped brownie bar and a sugar cookie bar like Lofthouse.

I need a couple more tried and true easy bar recipes. Any good ones I can bake tomorrow

these are yummy!! Instead of melting the caramels and milk together, I just buy a jar of the caramel ice cream topping (smuckers brand)...Sometimes I think I can eat half the pan!!

My favorite because it tastes amazing, is dead easy and you can throw pretty much anything in. Chocolate chips and dried cherries are our favorite, but toasted coconut and dried pineapple is pretty tasty too!

My Aunt Em (yes, I had an Auntie Em) used to make the most wonderful lemon bars. All I remember was the yummy crust (not graham cracker) and the smooth and creamy lemon on top and served cold. Anyone have a recipe?

My family loves the toll house cookie one. It's on the package of chocolate chips. You make it the same as you do the cookies, but put it in a pan. Easier and quicker when you need it to be easier and quicker. I love to buy the "seasonal" chips and use those.

Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie . Seriously the best thing ever. I was making them every single week for months for my friends at work because they couldn't get enough of them. This recipe turns out much thicker than the picture, I've doubled the recipe and made them in a 9x13 pan and they were still very thick. If you prefer them thinner like in the picture, I'd try 1 1/2x recipe in the 9x13 pan.
