Do the ART buses allow ECV wheelchairs? Is it a hassle to use them between the Embassy Suites Hotel on Harbor and the Disney property?

According to ART'swebsite:

All buses are accessible to persons with disabilities.

I noticed your signature is not showing up. I did a little experiment with it, using my post, and using the insert photo function that is at the top of the reply box. You can insert it in your signature the same way from your profile.

I would love to go sailing upon the Wonder.... hopefully one day.

Yes; ECVs and wheelchairs are allowed on the ART bus. There's a row of seats at the back of the bus that the driver folds up and straps in the chair

As far as I know, none of the ART buses require a transfer between one's hotel and the Park, so you should be good to go once you get on the bus.
