A quick question about the Disneyland app

My wife and I are going tomorrow. I have the app with both our tickets (with Genie plus already purchased).

Any advantage to her downloading the Disneyland app herself? We will be together all day.

Think of it as a backup in case your phone runs out of charge or breaks or gets lost, or if you need to separate briefly for any reason. Plus, she'll be able to scan in herself at the gate and at the LL points (instead of you doing both), look at menus and wait times, place mobile orders, etc. It's not necessary, but there's not really a good reason to not have her also download the app.
