A Quick Hello From The Magic (this is actually posted by VERANDAH MAN)

Just got back from spending a very "HOT" day on St. Maarten.

Not really taking the time to read very many post, DW and DD are up in the cabin getting ready, the 3 of us are going to see Findinf Nemo at 4pm, then Freaky Friday at 6pm. We have late dining, which has been very nice.

Our server is Roberto from Peru, Assistant Server Prudence from Jamiaca, and Head Waiter Tommy from Norway. Our cabin steward is Claude, and all 4 are taking "EXCELLANT" care of us.

As I posted on another thread, my trip reports already consists of 8 hand written pages, and I have already taken 230 photos.

I'm on the .75 cent per minute service, so that I know I wouldn't be here in the Internet Cafe during all my free time. Only "TRYING" to check in very briefly. I learned not to say, I'm here for a "QUICKIE" message, LOL!!!

Got to run, having the "TIME OF MY LIFE" so many neat things to share, when we return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this really Verandah Man using a different name? Maybe the person who used the computer before him wasn't logged out of the DIS boards?? When he said "hand written" pages, it sounded a lot like Andy said the other day!

Andy posted this on the August 23rd thread and asked that it be repeated on the other related threads (he should have paid for internet for the week

I managed to get DW, Dsis, and Dniece to join me after all for the Sapphire Beach Day on St. Thomas. Several other DIS'ers were their with their families (Pickles61-Mindy, aa4mom-AnnMarie, and allshookup-Diane).

DW and DD are now headed to the Buena Vista Theatre to see "Holes" I will be joining them at 5:30 to see "Pirates of the Caribbean."

We have had a beautiful day here in St. Thomas, tomorrow we have 15 DIS'ers meeting for brunch at 10:30 at Palo.

If someone. could copy and paster this message onto some on the other threads, that would be GREATLY appreciated. I have 5 free minutes of internet time this afternoon, but that time goes quickly, especially as slow as I type

Sorry for any typos, but not going back to proof read any messages.

Roberto is just the sweetest guy - he really made us feel very, very special last year along with Andrea (from Hungary, married to Zoran). Just wonderful people who you always want to visit with when you cruise - I know "finding past servers" is always a great way to feel "back home" when you embark!

It's been "quiet" here without Andy & BD.
At least we have BD back now, but catching up on everything, we're waiting patiently for those trip reports and pics!!!

I keep wondering what they're doing during the day and keep hoping Andy will pop into the Internet Cafe and give us some teasers.

Sad to think Andy's incredible vacation is coming to an end....but can't wait to hear about it!! All the fun things go fast!!

Ohhhh, I did miss you so much!!!!!!!! It's nice to laugh again!

AND remember our little discussion about what I was calling my table mate (1LT Robert Sholtis) - he really enjoyed our little chat and not only did we call him BOB but Michael had another name for him "General". Michael worshipped him!!!! The man should be a posterchild for the Marines - cuts an impressive figure in his dress uniform! What a hottie (sorry RuthAnn!!!!)!
