A quick 4 days, where to eat?

We're going for 4 days. The only place I'm sure I want to make reservations for is O'Hana's. We want to eat then sit on beach and see water parade and fireworks. Then we need to get back to POP. How does one go about that.

I want to make it as easy as can be, we'll do O'Hana the day we're at MK.

Looking for some good suggestions and why.

Take the monorail or boat over to the Poly. We took the boat. Nice ride and cool. Same on the way back, you can sit on the beach until you see the boat pull up. Then go to the POP bus stop.

This will only work if you are within and hour or so of the MK closing.
If the buses are still running from the MK this is the fastest way.
If not, you can take a bus from the Poly to whichever park is still open and then take a bus to POP from there.
If no parks are still open, you can take a bus from the Poly to Downtown Disney and transfer there for a POP bus, This is a pretty long commute.
I personally would budget ahead for a taxi from the Poly to the POP.
There are taxis readily available and you will be home in a flash.

I'm pretty sure the buses run quite a while after the fireworks.
