I just got off the Disney Cruise and never had a chance to thank my diningroom waiters or my room keeper. Does anyone know of anyway of contacting certain employees, or maybe the captain, so I can send them a thank you note or something?

Hi artzdanson! The best way to thank someone who served you well is to mention them by name on the survey you get at the end of the cruise. The crew members definitely get recognition from DCL when they are mentioned!

If you weren't able to do that you could write or e-mail DCL to let them know about your great service. :)

I second what Michelle said...definitely write to DCL and let them know!!!
I know that feedback on crew members definitely counts, and it also gets back to them. The crew does such a great job...they really deserve the thanks. As a suggestion for future cruisers, I also bring a box of thank-you cards with me on all our trips. That way, I can jot down a little personal note to those who go out of their way to provide good service. I leave it at Guest Services for them on the way off the ship.
